1. Service Scope

Pacific Blue Mechanical provides residential and commercial plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical services. The specific services, costs, and timelines will be clearly outlined in an estimate or work order approved by the client.

2. Booking & Appointments

  • Appointments are subject to availability.
  • Same-day or emergency service requests may be subject to additional charges.
  • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid cancellation fees.

3. Payment Terms

  • Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
  • Accepted payment methods include credit card, debit, e-transfer, and cheque.
  • Late payments may incur interest or administrative fees.

4. Estimates & Quotes

  • All quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise specified.
  • Final pricing may vary if unforeseen issues are discovered during service delivery.
  • Any change in scope must be authorized by the client before additional charges are incurred.

5. Warranty

  • We offer a standard workmanship warranty of six mounth on most services.
  • Manufacturer warranties apply to parts and equipment.
  • The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, lack of maintenance, or third-party interference.

6. Client Responsibilities

  • Ensure safe and clear access to the service area.
  • Provide accurate information regarding the problem or system.
  • Secure pets and valuables during the visit.

7. Liability Limitations

  • Pacific Blue Mechanical shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
  • We are not responsible for pre-existing issues or damages unless otherwise documented.
  • Liability for any direct damage is limited to the total amount paid for the service.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, images, and logos, is the property of Pacific Blue Mechanical and may not be reproduced without permission.

9. Privacy Policy
